Many B2B companies operate across multiple locations and need the flexibility to place orders on behalf of specific branches. Previously, merchants using our Extend POS app could only select a single default company location when creating a B2B order. This limitation restricted operational flexibility, complicated inventory and delivery planning, and led to manual adjustments after order creation.
With this feature the app users can choose from a company’s various saved locations directly during B2B order creation in the POS app. Staff can now assign orders to the appropriate location at checkout.
